Orders and Shipping Policy:
Once the order is placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch.
The orders that are placed before 12 pm are usually shipped on the same day and the orders placed post 12 pm are shipped the next day.
The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handling them over to our trusted delivery partners. There are no shipping charges, although for COD orders, we charge a nominal fee of ₹80.
The Theory ships across India and has not started with international shipping as of now.
Estimated Delivery Time:
The order typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. The Theory/YouVital Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ensures to deliver the order within or before the estimated delivery date, however, at times there may be delays due to unavoidable and undetermined circumstances that are beyond our control. In such cases, we would request our users to cooperate.
Tracking Details:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details of your order.
