We, at The Theory, formulate every product with precision, passion, and perfection, to ensure that we deliver the best results. We want you to love the products as much as we do, but in case you wish to return the product / products, you can reach out to us and be rest assured that everything will be taken care of.
We offer replacements / returns only in the following scenarios:
- Received a wrong shipment
- Received an expired product
- Received a defective / damaged product
- Incomplete or missing items in the order
In case of any of the above scenarios, you can reach out to us at email@example.com or call us on +919888695795 (Mon-Fri- 9:30 AM to 6 PM) within 7 days from the date of delivery, with the order ID, reason, and product images. Any return / replacement request or claim after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Please allow us 2 working days to review the request. Once the request is approved, we will send our courier partner to pick-up the product delivered to you. Once we receive the product, our team will review the same, and verify against the claim described by you. Once that is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours.
In case of prepaid orders, money will be refunded to the bank account / debit card / credit card or from where the payment was made within 7 business days. For the COD orders, the customers will need to provide us with their bank details where they would want to receive their refund.
In case of replacement, it will depend on the availability of stock. In case the required product is unavailable, we will ensure a refund.
Replacement / Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Empty / Used Products
- Original Packaging of the product is missing
- If the products have been tampered with
- If the return / refund is requested after 7 days from the date of delivery
Note: In case of cancellation, orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been shipped. The dispatched packages will no longer be eligible for cancellation. You can then opt for a return request in that case.
