Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and formulated using clinically proven actives that are sourced from some of the best companies across the globe.

Are The Theory products natural and free from chemicals?

We use a combination of natural extracts and clinically proven actives, such as Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C, that have synergistic benefits to provide maximum efficacy.

Can The Theory products be used by men too?

Yes, Our products are gender neutral and can be used by everyone.

Are the products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty free.

Can the products be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women?

We recommend pregnant and breastfeeding women to not use Retinol and consult their doctor before using Salicylic acid. Other than these exceptions, all the other products are suitable to be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

What is the shelf life of The Theory products?

All of our products have a 24 months shelf life from the date of manufacturing.

We have started our journey and are trying to get as many as you amazing people on board with us through online platforms. We are currently available only on our website, and plan on entering offline retail stores in the near future.

I am using prescribed medication for my skin. Are The Theory products still safe to use?

The Theory products are designed for all skin types and completely safe to use, but in case of extreme skin conditions / ongoing treatments, we recommend consulting a certified dermatologist to avoid any skin allergies or reactions.

What if I spill one of the Boosters?

The serum can only be used after adding all three chosen Boosters. In case you spill one of them, you can contact us at support@thetheory.in or call us at 9888 695 795 (Mon-Fri 9:30 AM to 6 PM). We will provide you with the required Booster in return for the shipping cost.

When will I receive my order?

The orders that are placed before 12 pm are usually shipped on the same day and the orders placed post 12 pm are shipped the next day. The order typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with all the tracking details, and you can check the status of the order in the “Track Order” option.

Is the COD option available?

Yes, The Theory offers a COD option.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can reach out to us at support@thetheory.in and if the order is prepaid for, refunds will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that the order can only be canceled if it hasn’t been shipped already. In case the order is shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. You can opt for a return request in that case.

We will verify and review the product, and once approved by the team, we will initiate the replacement/refund.

I have placed the order but haven’t gotten confirmation yet. What should I do?

A shipment confirmation email along with the order ID and tracking number(s) will be sent to you once the order is shipped. The tracking number will be active for 24 hours after receiving it. In case you do not receive the email, please reach out to us at support@thetheory.in.

Your skin needs its personal blend, and The Theory helps you curate one. Just head to the “Curate My Serum” tab on the Home Page, answer 2 simple questions regarding your skin concern and pick 3 skincare goals that you wish to achieve. This is all that you need to do and leave the rest to you. We combine ingredients and formulate serum best suited for your unique skin.

How do I know that the products will suit my skin?
